Dantrak Automotive’s proprietor is Danny Piscopo. Danny grew up around cars in his father’s workshop since about the age of 5. He has lived and breathed “cars” his entire life. Danny carried out his apprenticeship in mechanics in 2000 in his father’s general workshop and continued to work for his father for approximately 11 years in total. In 2007, Danny decided it was time to fly the coupe and ventured up to Roxby Downs to work at BHP’s Olympic Dam site, there he worked mostly on Toyota Landcruisers and light trucks. In 2009, deciding to return to Adelaide, Danny joined the original and oldest dealership of Subaru’s in South Australia, this time gaining experience and knowledge with an extreme focus on Subaru for 3 years.
Recently Danny decided to take on a new adventure – a dream always laden at the back of his mind: to become an entrepreneur, to own, operate and run his own workshop, just like his father.
